This is a great brunch spot ! This isn't fancy , at all, which I like. I usually get a fresh bagel and eggs ... and a giant mimosa . The value is great here too!

The potatoes are great, but the pancakes are truly special. One of the best I’ve had. Super fluffy.

The mimosas are now $6 but totally worth it given they're served in a pint glass . (and Delicious!)

Watch out for the 18% gratuity for parties of 5 or more...strange in a place where you order @ the counter, pour your own water and bus your table. Things that make you say hmmm.

Great pancakes and cool atmosphere

Pretty waitresses , cheap beer , and the best breakfast . Best when all elements are combined.

The mimosa 's are now $5, but sheesh, breakfast here is cheap compared to breakfast joints in Seattle.

Definitely one of those hipster places that tries to hard. With limited seating , the place fills up fast and they don't have too much in the way of wait staff . Also, the food was cold, no thanks. :/

Don't order the green tea , the water they use is too hot and it burns the leaves, and makes the tea very bitter.
