I stay here for work every week. Love the property and staff are great. Especially Brittany the bartender ! Just don't stay in a top floor room in the summer! When it's 115 out, top floor A/C stinks!
Staff is really friendly from the door to the bar . However, it's a high volume place and shows it's age in the rooms. A little shabby at times. A good starting location for getting around the city too
So far, so good! Yesterday the only inconvinience was the sink on the bedroom had to be drained, but they repair it ASAP. Nice room, very comfortable !
Nanci at the front desk is very rude. There was an issue with the reservation my company made. Yet, Nanci was unapologetic and demonstrated zero problem solving skills. Customer service falls short .
