I've been going here for 20 years. Jay, Lucy, Mary have been there since the beginning. Always great food, friendly service . Moderate prices . Try the FRENCH TOAST , PANCAKES OR TURKEY HASH ! YUM.

Get there early to beat the rush and focus on the carbs: home fries , pancakes , waffles , muffins . Are you crazy and hate carbs? Omelets are a good backup plan. Skip the bacon .

HUGE portions ! The French toast is to die for. Do not walk out of there without trying it. You will be filled with regret.

Sam is THE friendliest waitress if you are dining w children ;) Our daughter fell in love with her the first time we brought her.. Everyone is friendly and the food is good!

Besides becoming addicted to the banana pancakes while I worked here, I became a huge fan of the spunk my fellow waitresses had. These girls give food with a 'tude and always made me smile. Cheap eats

Great food. Large portions . Bring cash!! They do not accept plastic including phantom gourmet gift cards. ATM inside will save your butt for a $2 fee.

Best Grilled Reuben ever!! Great servers, ask for Barbara or Debbie!! Don't take credit cards , but have ATM . :-)

Tip well here! The food is good and cheap , the service is fast and everyone call you "hon"--what more can you ask for? Well , beer , but they stopped that a few years ago.

Got here at 10am on a Sunday and it was empty.. An hour later the line was out the door .. Waitress Sam is the BEST w small kids ;)

Hands down best hangover brunch in the city

Corned beef hash is homemade and has large chunks of meat. Awesome

The pilgrim sandwich and Thanksgiving dinner are fantastic, but make sure you're hungry, the portions are huge.

It's not that this place isn't good... It's that there are better diners in Boston, like Grill 705 right around the corner!
