圍爐酸菜白肉火鍋
老闆娘彭女士原是道地的南方人，嫁入夫家之後，才第一次認識東北酸白菜的美味。巧手慧心的老闆娘，更因地制宜，在傳統料理的基礎上大幅改良了酸菜白肉的製作細節。每逢冬天，好客的公公時常在家中請客，以祖傳的東北酸菜白肉鍋宴請各方好友，因之這酸菜白肉鍋可是遠近馳名，想成為座上賓的朋友按捺不住等候，紛紛說服老闆娘乾脆開一家餐廳，這樣大家便可隨時解饞了。於是，圍爐就在千呼萬喚之下開幕了。
