老闆娘彭女士原是道地的南方人,嫁入夫家之後,才第一次認識東北酸白菜的美味。巧手慧心的老闆娘,更因地制宜,在傳統料理的基礎上大幅改良了酸菜白肉的製作細節。每逢冬天,好客的公公時常在家中請客,以祖傳的東北酸菜白肉鍋宴請各方好友,因之這酸菜白肉鍋可是遠近馳名,想成為座上賓的朋友按捺不住等候,紛紛說服老闆娘乾脆開一家餐廳,這樣大家便可隨時解饞了。於是,圍爐就在千呼萬喚之下開幕了。
