A little slow on drink refills due to waitress being friendly with the patrons in her section. Good to have interaction with your customers as long as service time is still optimal.
Service and food are both incinsistent. We stopped going as we never knew how it would be like.
Half an hour to get some of our food. Orders wrong and missing and biscuits were burned. Spoke to a manager who was cleaning dining room. He helped get our food straight, but offered no apology.

Newks is the perfect place for lunch. Sandwiches, salads, and soups are all amazing. Try the Newks Q chicken sandwich. It's one of the best tasting sauces I've ever tasted. Can't go wrong with Newks - Justin Lisenby
