Always a great preflight stop. Food is actually great. Easy in and out and the waitresses and waiters are super cool.
Don't expect much from an airport chain restaurant , but try the ceviche ! They hand-make it in front of you. Huge plate and very tasty.
Volcano Nachos washed down with Modelo Especials will make any delayed flight worth it. Also, service is very good. :)
Always, always ask for Manny. Tell him midori sent you. Best waiter around. Also, there are a bunch of power outlets under benches against back walk, yay power!

Margaritas are good, of course. This is the best bar in Cancun airport , if drinks are your thing.
