There are many great knowledgeable employees who've been with Petco for years. They have a variety of pets so they can give you information based on personal experiences, not just computer training .
Will in aquatics/reptiles can give you all of the information that you need to properly care for your pets/tank. He can be a bit lengthy at times but he is a human encyclopedia.
Lauren the dog trainer is super friendly and helpful! She is always excited to build a better relationship between pet parents and their doggies!
