Cant place an order for pick up cause they're too busy. Learn how to manage a restaurant . Im busy too thats why I'm trying to call in my order, not wait in your "busy" store. Terrible customer service

Way overpriced, counter girls are helpful but owner is all about the money and is nasty to workers and unfriendly towards customers - try Cranford bagels instead

It's not that hard to mess up a Taylor Ham , Egg and Cheese on an Everything Bagel . Got my order wrong twice now. :(
