If you're into Pokemon Go, it's hard to beat this trail . Just walk in circles collecting items and candy . Nice scenery, too! Wish there was lighting so it could stay open after dark.

Yang Chen

Very nice trail . There is a beautiful lake inside. Look very good in all four seasons:-)

Mark Traphagen

If you're going counterclockwise turn left at the pond and go over bridge or you'll end up on the exercise loop.

StateOfBeauty

Moderate hills along trail , 3 mile loop, nice run if you enjoy running in the woods

Whitney May

Park in the lower lot and run the loop counter-clockwise. You can finish flying down a sweet hill .

Ora Williams

Great running or walking trail . The shade trees makes the sun bearable for the Yankee natives..Lol.

Erik Garrigo

The trail is a lot harder to run counterclockwise

Duke Reunions 2012 - Run off last night's party on the 2.91 mile trail .

I agree with Julia, counter clockwise is much easier. That hill just before the DFC parking lot is unreal

Matthew Thompson

A good place for hill training

Julia Fogleman

Running clockwise around the trail is easier than the counterclockwise loop.

Gigi Paulig

It's really hilly and challenging but it's so satisfying to get all the way around the loop!
