Rooms are perfect, view is unbelievable, clean and large rooms. Housekeeping is perfect and professional. Location is GREAT

Very tiny rooms for a 5-star hotel , the juices on breakfast weren't fresh, the rest of the services were on excellent level. The SPA center should be visited!
Nice hotel , but upgrade to Level if you want more than normal experience. Breakfast is super expensive (>€20pp) if you are not in the full package; same as the pool.
It's been a really nice stay, I'll struggle to say anything 'constructive ' about it to be honest cos it's all been good! Use the tram to get to Maria Christina rather than walk to Sants. Boom!
Ask for a high Floor, beautiful views and away from the noise of the Traffic

Nice hotel , but a bit far from the center (40 min. walk to the Ramblas) The breakfast is really nice.
Amazing hotel - great staff and modern rooms . Go to floor 1 from 7-10am for free breakfast every day.

Great hotel . Nice breakfast . Gym is tiny and Lille a furnace - paying 20euro for spa access (tiny) seems steep.
Have mouth-watering Mediterranean cuisine at the hotel 's UNO Restaurant . Excellent wine selections here as well .
More like 3-star, but the bed is huge & comfy and the breakfast is FANTASTIC. Walking distance to shops and everything. The spa is just ok. Not worth €15/hour fee. Massage is poor.

Not a favorite. Small rooms, paid wifi and small bar and breakfast area. Also inconveniently located far from the city .
Add the Level exec option. Definitely worth it for lounge and extra's

Asking for a bucket of ice and getting € 3,50 charged is not nice. They also charge extra € 4,00 for any room service call.
They charge the parking 30 euros/day!!
Don't ever give your cloth to laundry. Veryyyy expensive .

La comodidad de sus habitaciones no tiene comparación, y está ubicado en una zona muy agradable para descansar por la noche
Servicio desorganizado, espacio poco acogedor , calidad de los platos buena y precio CON OFERTA AL 50% adecuado. Sin oferta no valdría la pena.

Muy agradable y decoración atemporal. Trato muy amable. Bonitas vistas y céntrico, sin estar en el "follón" de la zona turística .
