有明地区初のショッピングモール。SCに手慣れた三井不動産でなく、住友不動産によるので残念な点が多く、地方にあるSCのような雰囲気。ただ、あまり都内にはない良い店（オハナ、PENEDEなど）もあり、近隣住民にはプラス。現在はまだ稼働してない都内最大級の無印良品やコンサートホール、温泉など、今後特色をもっと出してくることに期待。 - Takashi
