If anyone comes to this Applebee's, get Kionna as a waitress . She's amazing and so polite.
Called to let them know that we had a party of 20 coming in about half an hour since they don't take reservations . Was told there was plenty of room. Got attitude: "Y'all should have called!"
We had a new waitress . It was only her 2nd day working. She did well although I feel the guy training her should have come by to check on us as well . The women's restroom was very dirty .
Came here with my soccer team and some parents of players. Awful experience. From start to finish, over 3 hours. When we left, some people still hadn't gotten their desserts . We will never come back.

Worst service and management Ever!!! Was seated at 6:30 & didn't receive appetizers until 7:17. Manager came and refused to even listen to why we were upset!! Don't waste your time or money!

Took forever for the server to cone to the table for drink orders and the broccoli in the Chicken Broccoli Pasta Alfredo was raw.
