All the phones have those stupid screens on them that show a graphic. You can't even use them while you wait to be helped.
Verizon charges $9.99 to return a cable box to this Verizon store but they say it's free to return it at a UPS Store. Complete stupidity and 100% unfriendly to the customer.
Not the best area for sure. I can't believe they don't have more locations to return receivers
