Definitely a great way to start the day. The staff was so sweet! The food was awesome and the price was more than right. Go in with a good attitude and just enjoy the business.
Went here this morning and all I can say is that I love there French Quarter French toast . The service is great and friendly . I loved the atmosphere. I would definitely be coming back
Get here early on the weekends so you don't have to wait as long. They have expanded their dining space so you don't have to wait as long as you used to.
El Jefe is amazing - skip the menu and just order it. Sweet potato hashbrowns were also great.
You may wait a bit to get in, but it's classic American breakfast . Delicious food, delicious prices, hipster staff . What more could you want?
OMG!!! This place was sooooooooo good! Reasonably priced, and great down south, home cooking ! Bear hug was amazing!!! Highly recommended!!!
I visited here on tour with a band. Foursquare highly recommended the place, and it was RIGHT! Get the sweet potato hashbrowns !
If you're going on Saturday morning, prepare for a 30+ min wait. Drink a cup of coffee before you leave home to avoid a massive headache ;) Love this place!

Some of the best chicken and waffles I’ve ever had
Good breakfast . I had the Michelle which was very good. The only negative - the food was not real hot.
Amazing. There is a wait because it is worth it! My favorite in Springfield!!
The Full Monty and Eggs Benedict are great along with their coffee choices .
The pumpkin waffle is to die for. Do yourself a favor, and order it.
Gailey's Freedome Waffles are delicious!
This place is amazing. They're extremely busy on the weekend
The Full Monty English breakfast : Absolutely brilliant.

Well ... basic fare. & if you can't hit 2x bits of toast with your scramble.... then you've been ripped off. Just sayin'...
Great place for breakfast . Staff is friendly . Worth the wait.
Get the pumpkin waffle during the fall season! You won't regret it.

Not going to lie people. Food is only "ok" and the service kinda sucks. Takes forever to get your food and you have to wave the servers down for help. Been here tons of times and its always the same.
