Visited for a workout session with a friend. The gym was very clean and bright , and the staff members were very welcoming.
BodyPump with Mike is where it's at. It's especially awesome if he sings while he instructs.
Do yourself a favor and join the Power Shack across the parking lot instead. Much better all around place.
