Denver International Airport is one of the busiest airports in the world, with more than 69 million passengers in 2022.
8500 Pena Blvd Denver , CO 80249 United States

Love this airport . Free-wifi. Easy access between gates & transfers. Plenty of comfortable seats & choices of places to eat. Public transport to downtown Denver Union Station is an easy commute.
Surprise: Airline ticketing check-in is on level 6. However the rental car bus drops you off on ground floor (which is level 5!) So just go up the escalator or elevator to level 6 to check in!
The Demon Horse, masonic symbols, and creepy murals - conspiracy theorists say these point to a large, underground bunker built beneath DIA to protect the world's elite when the world ends. Yep. Read more
If you Uber here, & already checked in, have them drop off United West side, 1st door (no matter what airline you need). You can take the escalator directly to TSA or Normal Security. Less walking!
Want really tasty, farm-to-table food that's also quick? Go to concourse C and eat at Root Down. You won't be disappointed. Their breakfast , lunch , dinner and cocktails are amazing.
Concourse C has these pristine vaguely Japanese gardens that seem cruise shippishly manicured by underpaid men. Yet there is no entrance onto them whatsoever. Add it to the list of DEN conspiracies.
ROOT DOWN in Terminal C is one of the best airport cocktail bars/restaurants in the country . Very well worth visiting from Terminals A or B to experience...
DIA can be a bit of a monster to tackle the first time traveling through it as it is quite large. It has an interesting history and is always a nice experience even for those who fear planes , like me.
Go to Que Bueno, near Gate B52, and order the chile relleno . Have then add some barbacoa and guacamole to the top. This is some of the best airport food in America.
The best US airport according to the WSJ. 2nd biggest in the World. Architectural masterpiece. Right now undergoing big changes for the passengers’ best experience.
Root Down in the C Concourse is the best airport restaurant ever! The food is amazing and worth the detour from the other concourses. If you go for breakfast get the burrito
My favorite airport in the nation. Well laid out, efficient and intuitive train system, plenty of local food options and covered parking onsite...
If you will be here for awhile, try some of the local cuisine located in each terminal. My favorites are Snarfs for a sandwich (A gates) or Root Down (C gates) for a burger !
All train tunnels toward Concourse C are lined with pinwheels. Tunnels toward the Terminal are lined with hatchets. WITH HATCHETS. Sit in the very back or front of any train to get the best view .
Welcome to nation's third busiest airport ; seventh busiest in world. When riding the train to terminal, expect to hear a message from Mayor Michael Hancock. I've talked to him three times this week.
Hunkering for your starbucks craving? There's only two in the entire airport ; both in concourse B . One is by B90 at the very end and the other just before the stairs to the express jets.
Welcome to DIA! There's a hidden new Belgium bar here but it's a hike ! Happy hunting... Into maps & geo? Follow @gletham on Twitter or Instagram! Cheers
Top Dining Options: Lounge 5280 & New Belgium Hub, Terminal B ; Chef Jimmy's Bistro & Spirits , Terminal A; Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery , Terminal C; Boulder Beer Tap House , Jeppesen Terminal. Read more
Skip the main security in the center of the terminal and walk the bridge to Concourse A, it's always half the length/time. If you're flying out of B or C, you can easily grab the train from here
Each concourse has a huge sculptural centerpiece. Terminal A: massive train tracks . B: big metal arch. C: beautiful manicured vaguely Japanese gardens that you can't walk in and Bill Daniels’s jet.
They tried for whimsical character and instead they got demon horses, nazis wearing gas masks, giant KKK looking things and murals of dead children. Nice, Denver. Real nice.
Google "Denver airport conspiracy theory" and be engrossed while you wait for your flight . Remember, the barbed wire is positioned to keep you IN! Don't miss the freaky murals .
Concourse C breakfast hack: Coming off the escalators make a quick left and hit up La Casita for a small side of their green chile . Pour over fries at McD's or breakfast bowl from Villa Pizza .
If you have time to kill and wanna eat go to the very end of B gates 80s... And hit the New Belgium bar , its great!! Cheers
Udi's just opened in Terminal B near B25(ish). Local company, great healthy food including gluten-free, salads you want to eat, even a quinoa option. Plus the best bread from a chain in Denver. :)
On your way out if you have some extra time, go to Gate C and eat at Root Down. Awesome food, cool decor, great craft beer selection , and they have outlets EVERYWHERE!
Use the TSE row to checkin through security, if possible. It can reduce wait times dramatically. If Casey T Duncan is close by, give him a pass through too.
Fun fact about the Denver International Airport : The iconic roof of the Jeppesen Terminal is made from Teflon-coated fiberglass that is as thin as a credit card!
TSA really has their act together overall here - this is my home airport and the flow is always better than an average airport of equivalent size. They are especially good today as there is no at all.
GORGEOUS views ! and a great airport . It's so easy to navigate with a variety of different food and shopping options! Flying into Denver is always a wonderful experience.
This is one of my favorite airports - easy to get in and out, and the views of the mountains are so picturesque! Free Wifi throughout the airport , too!!
There are 3 security line options regardless of airline : north, south & the bridge to concourse A (north end). Each has direct access to the train which will quickly take you to any of the concourses.
Great big airport with lots of food options, Terminals have a connectingTrain so I would get here early. Well organized rental cars a shuttle service. Security lines are crazy long so allow time
Cool airport with so much art and little widgets stuck here and there. There is construction so be prepared on pickup and dropoff. Quite easy to get in and out. Baggage usually pretty quick.
Checked baggage can have a pretty rough ride. Stuff folded socks in things like shoes and caps to protect their form.
This helps guys not at all, but the women's room on the baggage-claim/security level -- East Side-- is pretty amazing. Glass tiles, huge private stalls... Makes me giggle nearly every time I visit.
One of the biggest airports in the United States , DIA offers lots of great amenities and creature comforts. Take advantage if you're connecting on United, Frontier or Southwest.
Welcome to Denver! State of the art and very large airport . Huge selection of food, beer , coffee , gifts , etc. Always busy. Great airport to be at if you have a layover
This is obviously an impressive facility but really it's design's priority was to move large amounts of people. I see very little consideration of the individual traveler's experience.
Big airport long and stretched out so give yourself enough time to get around here. Good restaurants while you wait. Few nice bars .
It’s huge but it’s a good airport . Good places to eat and lots of electric bands to facilitate walking long distances. It also has a good train system which is great for trips that require stops
I like this airport . Easy to get around. Friendly people work here. Lots of coffee and food places. Excellent toy store . Bronco stuff!
Concourse A is the best to fly out of because Security is fastest! Blue Sky Bar is a good place by gate A35 to get a refreshing drink and watch football while waiting.
Hey, you know when you’re walking around a packed terminal and you just decide to stop right in front of everyone behind you like an absent-minded potato ? Don’t be an absent-minded potato .
A line train to Union Station is wonderful. Good food choices although Chick Fil A is always packed! Surprising they don’t have stairs at most of the places, just escalators. Clear+pre✔️ for the win.
Love #DEN ... Biggest airport in the USA and the coolest among all international USA flights ... I love Denver International Airport .... Happy flying indeed ♥
Great airport to fly through when making a connection. There are plenty of places to eat and shop while waiting for your next flight .
When the apocalypse begins, please make you way to concourse D with 1000 gold sovereigns, four pints of your blood type and at least two wives. Dont forget the passphrase that was assigned to you at.
If you have the time take a look at the exhibits . Also, there's many conspiracy theories about this airport if you want something to read on your next flight .
Want to help your luggage not get broken/damaged? The people trying to grip your bag to load it on the plane , sometimes lose their grip because of the added frilly items tied around the handle.
Root Down is by far the best food at DIA. Gluten free and vegan options. Breakfast comes with arugula. Quinoa burritos are awesome. - Angela Bowman
Awesome glowing eyes. Windswept hair. The works. Everything you could ever want. - Margrith
