I'd say the lack of customer service is huge here the fact that I had some speakers installed the other day and paid $100 and then I had a few other speakers installed today $400. Wtf.

Do price match through the list on their site. But be prepared to wait for forever while employees deliberates amongst themselves about if the price match or not. They definitely do.

So typically, when I have a problem I don't hide behind a message board. Instead of posting on 4 Square, go talk to him. Duh.

Need help ask for Whitney, he was super helpful, polite and genuine in his service.

Their music / DVD/ BluRay selection SUCKS!!! I've seen more choices at bookstores .

While here, pick up a copy of "Babel," the new album by Mumford & Sons!
