Ice cream machine almost always "down" during milkshake happy hour . Definitely down on Half-price ice cream cone day.
Good quality and fast
Will you please tell your employees that a turtle pecan blast has caramel , toasted pecans , and no mini chocolate chips . I just got my third one totally wrong, Evidently no one knows what "turtle " is.

Beside being slow they cant get your order right. They repeat it back to you and still screw it up.
