Free water aerobics Tues and Thurs, swimsuits only, no t shirts , shorts , cut offs, etc. the music is good, the workout is great, and you don't need to know how to swim !
Tues & Thursday 7pm, Saturday 10am FREE water aerobics ...all ages (adults), shapes, and sizes...co-ed... Fun workout!
Great water aerobics from 1:30 to 2:30 pm and it's free
Arrive early for a spot...they do cut it off if class is too full.
