Look I don’t want to be hyperbolic and granted I never lived in Gansu or the west of China but I did live in Mainland China for 15 years and this was the best bowl of 蘭州拉麵 I’ve ever had.
I really like the fresh pull noodles . The Lan beef noodle soup was good - light in taste and texture.
