Expensive and average quality compensated by large serves. Cold uncooked (crunchy) risotto explained as 'Italian style' to unwitting chinese tourists before I intervened.

We had a group of 10 with 2 kids and the were very accommodating. Food was very nice too

Dinner for one - and I ate it all too. What can I say I love food. Service was great!

They have nice linguine de mare, but don't try their egg Benedict the bread/toast is hard as rock underneath. The waiter and waitress are not very nice.

Variety of delicious desserts , nice coffee . Amazing outside sitting area.

Kitchen is not open for 24 hours . Late night may only be pizza and foccacias .

Been here a few times to get some cakes after lunch or dinner .

Check out the cakes before ordering - there's a baked cheesecake with furry strawberries on display - yuck!

Despite being a very popular cafe , my breakfast was pretty average. And I never got my pot of tea . The guy at the counter was very apologetic though...

Terrible service: Went for takeaway - 4 waiters free but all ignoring us. "We only serve seated guests. That waiter is busy." When raised with manager, we're told we can dine in or leave. Never again.

Gelato is super yum (bacio + coffee choc fudge ) but sh*tfaced service - oh well !

Terrible service. The staff (and there are a lot of them) are more interested in taking to each other than making your drinks.

Very slow service on a Sunday noon. Staff not friendly and barely smiled. We weren't told about the specials by Charlotte. Won't be back there!
