Tamarind Hill

Scallop curry , beef green curry and mango sticky rice are delicious. This is a high end Thai food dining experience. Had the water chestnut for dessert as well , but a little bit too sweet for me.

Great service, nice environment, food not spicy , abit pricy . Can try their pineapple fried rice , toffee lime fried rice , deep fried fish , tom yam soup ; dessert - mango sticky rice & water chestnut !

Very nice ambience like u've just step into a resort ...nice good fine dining thai restaurant . Quiet & suitable for couple date or special events . Romantic & relaxing place.

Highly recommended: Succulent lamb cutlets . Very tender, juicy & flavourful. Worth the price! Other food like Tom yum also so-so only.... Totally a perfect place for a date night out..

Long flight of steps to climb, may prove difficult for the pregnant and elderly. Interior design is gorgeous and very zen.

The king prawns with tamarind sauce are exquisite. They go very well with the garlic rice and white wine .

Try the mixed set of entrees. The meat on a cinnamon stick and the prawns are specially good!

Tamarind Hill are located above Neo Tamarind , beside Wisma KFC. Served Thai & Burmese cuisine.

Im not sure if this Tamarind Hill and the Tamarind Springs in Ampang are under the same management. The setup and decor looks the same but the menu are different.

Ambience is superb. Food was really good, but portions were small and price was expensive . Perhaps it's expected in a premium restaurant like this, but I hoped for better.
