Serving prime rib on a hot plate isn't a good idea since the heat will continue to cook the meat, leaving the beef over-cooked by the end of the meal, or sooner if one is a slow eater.

I hope,One day they will combine e corn n banana fritters into 1 which I grew up eating instead of 2 separate fritters (yesterday there was hardly any corn just flour 😩) + Carrots & Green Peas

When lunching here, consider their set lunch menu for good value . Usually combined with soup , dessert & beverage

Love their set lunches with reasonable prices for town area. Their ship combo is quite filling!

The very decent fried fish with bee boon soup lunch set @ $12.90 includes coffee and a small piece of cake . Available daily.

One of my favorite restaurants in Singapore! My parents have been taking me to this place since I was young. The restaurant exudes a very homely vibe. Oh and I absolutely love the Maryland Chicken .

Ask 4 fish noodles 2 b in clear soup . Healthier. The chocolate pudding cake is light n delish ! Average service tho .

Fish soup beehoon is not bad. Soup is tasty. Fish is crispy !

Have been here a million times! Keep coming back cause the staff and boss are really such nice people - hard to find nowadays in superficial-service Singapore.

The Pork Chops are really good! Been years since I've had good one that actually has flavor when eaten with out the awesome prune sauce.

Try the Tiger Prawns - Great north Indian food from chef Chinton. Must get the smoked lamb and tiger prawn

Was long ago located at shenton way. Lobster set and their fish beehoon is very good.

Their famous Chicken Maryland is what I've been dying to try!

Love the mint sauce , the service and the meats. The kitschy decor is a plus!

Hmm.. I find the steak (had the rib-eye) not very good. Felt like it was sitting cold for a while before it was served. :( and not very tasty. No char-grilled taste. Lobster was ok though!

Come down here during lunch hours for affordable lunch rates. The lowest at $10.90

Maybe should've ordered chicken instead of the beef . Sad to say, this is one of the most unsatisfying meals I had for a while. :(
