The ribs are so good and their brisket is the best but in reality I love everything here! Be very specific about how much you want because they're liberal with portions! Love Hard Eight!

Skip the brisket . Everything else is good. The ribeye is excellently prepared. The jalepeno poppers are good. The jalepeno corn side is awesome. Ribs are good too.

Don't look at the menu. They serve by the pound . Just ask for the slices of meat you want and move along.

I ordered catering for 24 people, and they did a fabulous job. The ribs and sausage was very pleasing, and their sides were well seasoned.

Pork chop was tender and delicious, ribs on the dry side, the sides were ok, Mac n cheese good onion rings mushy. Out door seating stools really uncomfortable. Staff friendly !

Ribs were excellent. The brisket was good. The brush poppers , while a neat-sounding idea, were okay.

If you want 5 ribs , ask for 4. I you want half a pound , ask for a quarter. They always give you more than you asked for. The food is excellent though

Brisket is great! Make sure to get it with the baked potato and hot n spicy bbq sauce .

BYO BBQ sauce . The meat is good, the sauce is garbage. Go to KC and get some real sauce and bring it with you.

The brisket was excellent! Ribs were good but not special. The chicken was dry. The onion rings were very greasy. The corn was awful! It tasted like feed corn . All of us refused to eat it.

Come for the onion rings ! If you're looking for good texas BBQ though keep moving... Expensive and just meh
