Statue of Noguchi Hideyo
銅像造立の活動を最初に行った福島県大玉村出身の玉応不三雄の意志を日本医師会・北里研究所・野口英世記念会等が引き継ぎ、昭和26年3月に現在の上野公園の地に建立。月は異なるものの英世の命日である同月21日に除幕式が行われた。 なお、銅像前面の標示石・敷石は昭和四十六年に会津会が設置したものである。 - Nao

National Museum of Nature and Science
