A few things to note: it's BYOB (liquor store very nearby), no cell service (free WiFi in rooms), they allow little kids (sucks when by the pool) and no AC in rooms (industrial ceiling fans help).

Love the decor and good quality toiletries . We had a lot of fun pretending to be a cow. The host is friendly . No cell service . I’d suggest to bring your own tea bags/coffee. Overall, would recommend.

The Graham & Co. is THE place to stay in the Catskills ! They've got a fantastic property that's near Main Street in Phoenicia. We had a fantastic stay in July. Can't wait to come back!

Super hip hotel/motel in the Catskills . Cool rooms, nice pool, great fire pit

This place is truly awesome: the pool, the bonfires , and the people are all great! Make friends with other guests at the powwow area. One downside: there are so many bears . Seriously: bears everywhere

Great breakfasts on the weekend!

The website suggests that the hotel is pretty luxe. In reality, it’s a cute , modern update to a classic Catskills motel . I enjoyed my stay here, but make sure your expectations are appropriately set

Adorably designy motel for a fun Catskills weekend. BYOB for campfire tomfoolery. No vending or ice machine but they'll let you stash stuff in the fridges behind the breakfast bar . Look out for bears !

Free can of beer at check in! But those Hamptons vs Catskills tshirts made me want to burn the place down.

No need to bring heavy bulky toiletries ! This sweet Catskills updated motel offers fine quality soap, shampoo and conditioner. They all smell wonderful too!

Super cool hipster motel with evening bonfires and an outdoor pool .

Modern design B&B with a great communal area including fireplace . Probably better for couples but may have double rooms?
