Remembered visiting this place decades ago. Amazing that they kept on going and going, and the many flavors they keep introducing over time is unbelievable. A must visit for international visitors.

Destynee Autumn

Great tour to take. Not as busy during the week. Sample bar is a good place to try out the new flavors. Expensive stuff to buy though. There is a military discount !

Reserve spots in the factory tour ahead of time. They're small (up to 6 people) tours of the inside of the factory . You can easily get 4 times the free samples you'd get in the other tours .

Sammy Corbin

Very fun day out! The free tour is really good and there is a nice little sample bar to try a few flavours before you buy.

Tim Deng

So fun! Definitely check out the self guided tours . If you want a lot of jelly beans , get the belly flops . They're significantly cheaper at the factory

Jinnie L

The original eight flavors of jelly belly beans introduced in 1976 were very cherry , root beer , cream soda , tangerine , green apple , lemon , licorice and grape . It takes 7-21 days to produce each one.

Note worthy is that the belly flop sale location also sells items that were tried but sometimes not successful (in the US), so you can score some quite tasty uncommon candy from them!

Dan

Grab a bag of Jelly Belly "Belly Flops " (irregular shaped beans) on your way out! Same taste, half the price!

The Jelly Belly candy concept was originally created in 1976 by David Klein. The fun yellow and red logo was designed by Kathy Fosselman, which still exists now.

The belly flops are a great takeaway but the wine and chocolate flight is divine.

Don't recommend going on the tour on the weekend, factory workers are off. There were some parents that took their kids out early because their kids were bored/crying. Free samples though!
