Went to my first class (freebie 👍🏼 class ) and loved it! Coach was engaging and he took the time to make sure I knew the combos we were running. And now I'm exhausted. Great workout.

Awesome workout & good trainers ,but 0 air circulation unless you're there early & score a spot in front of 1 of 3 small floor fans.If a killer workout in a smelly sauna is your thing,this is your gym !

This was my first time, and I took a class with Phillip . He was understanding that not everyone has the same athletic ability, yet challenges all types. Best workout I've had in a while!
