Greasy spoon HQ. The egg 's nest lives up to the hype. Spectrum of hot sauces available. Bloody Mary was a lot of ice. Sourdough toast is as fresh as expected in the bay . Plenty of seating.

Missing the ambience of the OG in the Haight, but it'll do. They have decent Mediterranean food , open later, and they serve beer

It's with a heavy heart that I say avoid this place!. Have been coming here for years, but the food quality is declining, the service is horrible and the cockroach & fly sightings are bountiful.

Nosh the biscuits and vegetarian gravy . They actually do it right. If you can get past the fact that it's green. Skip the chicken fried steak if you're from the south.
