The Jefferson Hotel

Don't miss the alligator statues in and around the hotel . Apparently they used to keep alligators in the fountains in the lobby. Yikes.

Downstairs bathroom (if you walk in door facing stairs, turn right and go down hall past Gators and Salon) has delicious smelling Molten Brown lotion in the last stall. Yum!

Alligator statues serve reminders of the alligators that once resided in the Lobby pools. At one time, Richmonders bought baby alligators as pets . When they got too big, they brought them to live here

Ask for one of the renovated rooms ! Above and beyond what I expected. Don't miss the Molton Brown bath products!

I love this place, worked here for a year over 20 yrs ago, what a great experience. great rooms, restaurants and a very friendly , helpful staff . A must stay for anybody visiting Richmond.

The staff is A+ and the accommodations are outstanding. The inside is absolutely stunning, highly recommend.

The nicest hotel in town , it is rumored this is where the coaches and team officials will be staying.

Watch your step. A 19 year old staff member may accuse paying guests of trespassing at any time. Make sure to have your room key on you at all times.
