I have never had an issue with customer service. I like to order online for pick up. My food is always ready when I arrive and I don't have to wait in line . I love coming here.
For Take-out: Always order online or with the mobile app, even if you have to wait for them to make the order (which I never do) you get to skip the long lines ...
They really need to clean up the tables and the beverage/ utensils station. Last time it was a mess and they were out of ice. The portion control is ridiculous. The best location is S. Miami on US1.

Never had one bad experience here, chicken burritos are on point.
Not sure about all these complaints about service. I walked in here I had my food in less then a mintue and was eating delicious food in no time. I'm happy.

Always get the dressing that goes with the Salad ! Its delicious!!
Get a tortilla on the side when you order a bowl.
Don't bother getting a burrito , they can't wrap it correctly. So messy you might as well get a bowl since you have to use a fork anyways.

The chips and guacamole male an excellent snack ! Their guacamole is delicious!!
They now have brown rice !

Don't bother with the app for this location. You'll wait while they make it in store which defeats the purpose. Chipotle is consistantly good, but I'd skip this location until they change management.
