Uber there to save parking hassles, although they do have valet. DAMNIT people can't you even put on decent pants for the opera?!? Dressing in jeans for the opera should get you kicked out!
The Grand Opera has debuted world premieres of operas by renegade geniuses Philip Glass and Robert Wilson and has served as a temporary home to several of the greats, including the late Pavarotti.
Stay at the Lancaster Hotel around the corner and eat dinner at Birraporetti's. All walking distance.
Any HGO opera is worth watching.
