Great service, never had a problem. All the employees are knowledgeable in their trade. Can ask any question no matter how complex, and always get an easy to understand and uncomplicated response!

I pulled up to go in. A bag I had with garbage ripped and everything fell out 4 verizon reps were hanging outside smoking instead of working and just laughed. more important then helping customers

So rude! Failed to tell me until it was time to pay, that the iPhone 5 wasn't even in stock and I wouldn't get it until a month later. Proceeded to tell me it was "my problem I wouldn't have a phone!"
