Go early! I was in and out in under ten min. It also helps to print out an fill out and paper work before hand. I went for a name change.

First check in at the kiosk by the door to get a ticket, wait in line at the "check in" line , they will call your number or "the next person in line " to the window.

If you are changing your name go to the card office which is around the corner, entrance is off Ash St. Much faster. In and out in 5 minutes

Social Security Card Center & SSA Office have different entrances.

This is pretty good and friendly for a government office

Security guards are really helpful and friendly young fellas

The number system is a joke. If you know someone they let you jump the line . A couple nect to me were a45 and I was a40 and they were helped before a30. What a joke.

The screen with numbers doesn't work,so don't miss your number!

Got a new SS card pretty quick!

Get there around 10:15. The morning crowd clears out & they're very quick!
