On 2/8/16 @ 04:35PM I went to the Coventry Mall Kohl's to make returns from a purchase I made a few days ago. Despite Kohl's "NO HASSLE RETURNS" slogan, my return experience was a COMPLETE HASSLE!
Get a kohls charge. Always 0% interest and great additional savings!
I've dealt with friendlier people. The woman at the mall entrance is extremely rude and unhelpful.
The shoe section never seems to disappoint.
