Five Horseshoes

Thought the menu was good and the specials great. Food clearly freshly prepared and very nice. Great attentive staff . I would strongly recommend a visit

Okay if you want something quick and local, the food comes in ready prepared but prices are reasonable, they could up their game here as the location is good. The cask beer lacks variety.

Better pint of ale than usual, it’s hit and miss on cask ales .

The Cask Ales are very hit and miss - mostly miss.

Don’t bother with the cask beer , it’s too cold - assuming there is any - fine if you like lager - not everybody does, something they don’t get here.

Cannot serve real ale properly. Go elsewhere for a decent pint.

The very attractive family next door are always up for a cup of tea , just knock!

Menu not as exciting as it used to be, plus they had no fish pies or fish parcels. Hot chocolate costs £2.
