We thought it was very good. Had a maple bourbon old fashioned which was amazingly good.

Excellent cream of duck soup and prime rib is still the best around. One of my favorite restaurants .
The fish fry on Fridays is delicious. It doesn't leave a layer of grease on the plate when you're done.

I thought the perch was very greasy. The mashed cauliflower was a great alternative to potatoes . Generous portions .

Great restaurant out on the cusp of Jackson/West Bend/Cedarburg. Excellent food and outstanding Martini menu . The owner rocks, and the cook does, too. Best desserts in Washington Co.

I really don't understand what George k said. I know his steak was done perfect because the steaks are always done perfect at Jailhouse !!
Don't expect fast service . The food is good, but expect 10-15 minutes for the waiter/waitress to greet your table and food to be slow. They don't have the staff to Handle the amount of tables.
The jailhouse rocks. Best restaurant around. Great service, great chef , great food.
Food - good. But my view into the kitchen grossed me out. Kitchen staff included a guy wearing a black tank top exposing his hairy armpits to everything. Absolutely disgusting! Hairnets for armpits ?

Just had the chef come out and go off on my wife and I for sending back a steak that was overdone and "warning" us we better pay our bill too! We've gone here nearly 10 years-we likely won't return.:(

Very friendly place to sit with friends and watch a game. Two large wide-screen TV's. Good lunch - huge burgers. Excellent meal deals on Saturdays. - Helen N
