On notorious Doyers Street, nicknamed “The Bloody Angle,” you can still visit one of the tunnels which enabled some gang escapes. Enter near Apotheke , and you'll exit at Confucius Plaza .

Thrillist

Cruise to the middle of crooked old Doyers St, so you can tell people you survived the “deadliest street in the world.” Oh, you wacky Chinatown gangs of the 20s and 30s!

Update (2014): Many of the tunnel entrances are better locked, to ward off tourists . Best spot to enter now is in the building across from Chatham Square when security guy is away.
