My wife and I purchased a $2100 washer/dryer that lasted 3 years. They didn't want to offer any kind of exchange, or remedy. The worst company in the world. I will never shop at Lowe's Hardware again
Some of the staff don't really want to be as helpful as the commercials imply. Asking a simple question about paint gets a snarky response that makes you feel like you're an idiot.
Paint department people are a word that rhymes with basspole.
I spend wayyyy too much $$ here. 💸
