Make sure to check out Boscobel's website for its events schedule. There's always something going on, and it's home to the Hudson Valley Shakespeare Festival that runs throughout the summer.
Make sure to get a tour of the house. All restored to be period 1820's furnishing, assisted by Barry Tracy, late curator of the American Wing, Metropolitan Museum of Art in 1977.
An amazing place to get married. The view is unreal.
Best view I’ve seen of the Hudson
This year Boscobel is hosting two cornerstone Halloween events - Investigative Ghost Tours and reading by Edgar Allen Poe - a great historical way to celebrate a spooky Halloween season.

Gorgeous views, easy hike, fantastic bird sanctuary. They even have a building dedicated to teaching children about local wildlife and conservation. - Joanna C.
A multi-age friendly park with large playground, easy walking trails, big lawns for running and lake beach with lifeguard. You have to pay for a day or annual pass & non-summer hours are very limited. - Dacotah
I love this place. It is so clean in the summer months and the water sprinkler is great for the kids. A great place to have a picnic with the kids or start a BBQ grill and enjoy in a safe environment. - Cynthia Moore
Cheesecake is homemade and super creamy. Don't get the classic. Get the version by the owner's mom. It's awesome. - Nora Lamarti
Beautiful and fun little town. Nice to walk around and shop. - Tamara D
The pizzas are great, both in size as in taste. I shared the beef parmesan version and was more than enough. Great dough! - Thees Peereboom
