This is the TJ's I frequent most. Located in the heart of downtown Monterey, they maintain a full service store with a remarkably friendly and helpful staff .

TJs is FUN. I love this place! Oldie-but-goody music accents background. People regularly are seen moving to the beat. Everyone seems so friendly .

I'm a sucker for the Spicy Thai Peanut Dressing in the salad isle.. The manicotti in same isle is so yum! frozen garlic bread is delish. Love tomato-less salsa & flaxseed chips . Can't beat 2buckChuck

The spicy lentil wraps are amazing & so are the vegetable tempura sushi rolls . Best prices on the stuff vegans can get w/o having to go to wholefoods.

Three times a day it's really busy here: morning, noon, and evening. Employees are very helpful though.

I love talking Giants baseball with the staff , these guys are radical! Plus you can get your shopping done at the same time.

The produce selection is great, but the best is the mac and cheese .

Great place to shop, but the parking lot is seriously stressful.

Soy yogurt is healthy, dairy free, and comes in a variety of tasty flavors.

The best Wasabi Peas are sold here.
