Amazing French butcher . Can’t believe it took me this long to find this place. So far we have had the tri tip , a skirt steak like meat and sausages , all amazing.

The pre-made poulet roti is yummy & easy - ask for their cooking recommendation handout to go with it.

Industrial location with well crafted cuts. Hangar steak is umami and superb.

Sometimes they have ground pork . Get that with beef and make 50/50 burgers . Amazing.

So. much. MEAT. No broth though. Lamb Merguez in pork casing is also available.
