Clean , service is fast. Food - yes food is good for the price paid! Fish is certainly fresh! Parking is convenient too!

Home style steamed tilapia is average. The fish has no 'earthy' taste. Superior soup clams not that great due to the cooking wine they use. But the clams are big and quite fresh.
