It was my first time at Mel's and I loved it. The food is GREAT! I will definitely be going back soon.!

Back at Mel's for the morning Steak & Egg special with redskin potatoes and pancakes for $6.99! Think I'll grab a Chocolate Banana Shake while I'm at it. Great food, great, friendly service .

Awesome waitress , Brandee, brought us samples of strawberry shake and malt . Both are great!

I don't know if it's just me...but I feel like Gizmo from the movie , Gremlins when I eat here after midnight. "Bright light, bright light!" Bring your sunglasses! Damn! Glad I don't multiply...

The porkchops n mash was a great late-night comfort meal. BF had meatloaf - tasted too much like breadcrumbs for us... Dont forget quarters for the tabletop jukebox !

Usually they have fast and friendly service but today is just not there day. After trying to wave down 2 ppl that clearly looked at me but ignored me, a friendly older waitress came and took my order.
