One of the best Paneras I've been to. There was a huge line at lunch today & to apologize for the wait, they gave everyone in line a warm chocolate chip cookie . Now that's customer service done right!

There's lots of extra seating downstairs with space fir larger groups. Bathrooms are also downstairs.

service is spotty, especially at the coffee bar . panera card seems to be giving rewards less often than it used to. Mac and cheese is best avoided, black bean soup is decent though.

Try asking for the green smoothie with avocado instead of banana . Yum!

New spinach salad is pretty good but the vidalia dressing is too abundant and sweet, get it on the side!
