Treat yourself to Primantis especially if you're from out of town ! Every calorie is worth it! My top 3 are Roast Beef & Cheese , Pittsburgher , Cajun Chicken . Best are in the city locations.
The sandwiches are pure Pittsburgh . We love them and out of towners ALWAYS have to try them!!

Not a Pittsburgh native, and I'll never understand the appeal of coleslaw , but this place is great for sandwiches . I respect any place that will slap a fried egg on my meal.
The Caribbean chopped salad is great; get the dressing on the side unless you like it swimming .

Not a local but saw a special on the Travel Channel about this being one of the "most extreme" restaurants in the U.S. Have to say, it was a pretty typical sports bar . Good but nothing special.
