fantastic crowd, unbelievably reasonably priced beers , cheap and good massage , beautiful people, i have to say it's a must go
Touristy , better bargains in chiang mai or even other areas in Bangkok. Try some fried insects or scorpions on a dare.
A small portion of street full of restaurants , shops and bystanders. Something to see for the crowd. Not more than a single visit when you go to the temple close by.
Packed with tourists , bars , motels , food stalls and 24 hours restaurants . Khaosan is a prefect place to get drunk inexpensively . You could buy a liquor served in a small bucket for 200 baht.
The place is super-busy during nights. Crowded with drunk tourists , flown in on cheap flights, looking to get the "One night in Bangkok" experience. It is sad when you look at it from this perspective
A lot of food, a lot of drinks, shopping opportunities. A good place for an evening in Bangkok.
The ~real~ touristy part of Bangkok. You go because you might as well see it for yourself. All of the bars are varying degrees of fine - choose one that speaks to you and don't think too hard.
Feels like home away from home. Hasn't changed much over the last 25 years. Just matured somewhat, much like yours truly.
Great for exploring foods and shopping. Walkways are crowded and hot. Was a great first time experience.
The best area with the cheap beers and drinking all night long. Its known as the best night market in the area but sad to say, its also the filthiest. Rubbish everywhere!
It's lively , crowded , lots of bars & restaurants & shops all around. Must visit.
Lots of people, street food , cheep clothes (bargaining is welcome), great massages and bars (sometimes with live music ).
If u want an authentic BKK exp,go elsewhere.If u prefer 2hang w/ western backpackers,u will feel right@home.
Tried some scorpion ! A lot of places charge to take pictures so beware of that and keep an eye on your pockets. Busiest on friday night. Barter, but beware tourists will get ripped off.
Great place to get good bargains. A very wide selection of beer available all along the street. Also spring rolls to die for!
Don't bother going to a restaurant if you are nearby. The food is amazing and cheap straight from the street through khao San road .
Still it's fun, crowded , and interesting. Just don't eat scorpions , please just don't.
Pop-up bar , outdoor massage "parlour", cheap clothes , food & beer . Try out coconut ice cream (without milk ). Exotic snacks are available too
Place comes alive in the evening! Bars , restaurants , massage , bargain shops, name it. This road has it all!
You have to see this place. Food stalls everywhere. Bars with super loud music and massage ???? places. Check out Shewa Spa .
Loads of tourists and lots of touts with buckets.
Noisy and full of people, lots of bars . Check it out if you're visiting Bangkok, but try not to spend all of your time here
Street food is something you have to try!
Touristic place in Bangkok. Should at least be there once, have real fun!
Hotels at Khaosan road are the best place to stay because they're in the middle of everything.
Many street food stalls which include crocodile and snake barbecue . Alive nightlife.
Wonderful for grabbing a few drinks and people watching .
Try the delucious street food .
Fake ID, deep fried bug spider grasshopper. Street food , pudthai noodle beer , crazy people , drunken people, street show, liquor bucket.
Its great place to eat street food hve quick massage and buy souvenirs!
Must try scorpions ! Great taste!
Just go and have fun here .
amazing street food !
Chilled out vibe with good music !
Really great shopping here. However, the people do just look at you as $$.
My favourite places are Center Bar and The Club!
It is crazy street
Lots of market stalls and bars on the road
Awesome place after 10:00 pm till 5:00 am
Crazy dance party at lucky beer !!
The restaurants are baits for tourists . Very crowdy but in a fun kind of way. Learn how to haggle so you won't get ripped off... Try the fried bugs . I don't recommend scorpions tho!
Extremely touristy but can be fun for one night strolling down this street.
Night clubs , bars , street foods and 7/11 shops
try their Rotee and Pad Thai at Tam Kin Kan store!!!
An entire street of junk shops, awful restaurants , worse bars , and tourists with no idea what they’re doing.
Life's always a party at Khaosan! Dance the night away on the streets!
Tourist trap a bit...all the same stands and expensive alcohol ..nothing authentic but if you are out for drinking this would be a choice...
laughing gas, scorpions , overpriced alcohols , clothes and food stands . yes, you know why? because you're a tourist .
Lively street. Nice atmosphere.
So much fun!!!
Friendly and welcoming staff. Serve really tasty pad tai. One dish is enough for two if you are not hungry. - Younghoon Shim
Great food, drinking and music! Awesome Vintage Cars, Motorcycles and Bicycles as well as the Antique Shops. My new favorite market, best all round in BKK, without the stifling claustrophobia of J2J.. - Jamie Camplin
Wide variety of foods, clothings, accessories, and gadgets to choose from, foods alone are splendid enough to keep me regular patron - Joe Pakdeethai
Great selection of cheap food from around the world. Football shown on big screens. Two bars serving beer towers and cocktails. Great quick and cheap option in Phra Khanong. - Finn McClelland
Mainly youth and European tourists. live rock'n roll music is excellent. I enjoyed this place. - Badruddeen Naseem
Great place to grab a scorpion to eat and have a street beer. Plenty of street vendors selling typical touristy items (elephant pants and shirts to name a few) - Cass Grimm
Big French fries slice, taste so goooooodd with mayo :) - Afronon Non
