The Genius Bar is amazing! You do need to make an appointment before you go. Otherwise you will wait a long time; and you'll see people who arrive after you, go ahead because they had an appointment !

Attention in general was nice, most of employees are nice and know about the products. What I’ll never agree is with soooo high prices for everything!

As always, the best customer service. Large, always busy. If you want an appointment , book it with time.

Of 7 iPhones on display not one headphone is the same. Awesome marketing and Bose isn't the only great nose cancellation headphone. Those UE I used were awesome.

First things first, when you come in for your appointment with genius bar , make sure you get a rep to check you in. Don't just look for your name up on the screen.

Make iPhone purchases here at the Apple store. They don't charge connection fees like AT&T does.

You don't even have to stand in line to check out. Just find an employee roaming the floor and they can ring up your purchase on their phone.

Be aware that u need to make appointment to have ur device fixed.

Fast. In and out. Make an appointment ahead of time online if you have a serious issue.

Never bring a friend with you. Come alone if u have business here...it's a madhouse without an appointment they shuffle friends or family waiting for you to the side like discarded trash #fail

Boy at the Apple store was too cute for words helping me replace all my stolen Mac everything. If only I got more than two hours of sleep, I woulda remembered his name and to have put on makeup. FML.

Get your IPhone on time. Avoid lines . Come before they close the store!

Great Store and VERY BUSY! I'm here now - 4/22/2019 at 4:44 PM and things are just wild here! So many people! I had an incident here on 10/20/2017 a security guard tackled me and it resulted in injury

Always great service

service sucks! very,very informal. if you get 10 minutes late for an appointment , they cancel you. But..when you are on time, they have you waiting for 15' or more. tech support is very poor.
