Watch out for the in house prepared food that's in the cooler/fridge. I've found mould in them before.
This place soldiers on like it's the 90's and hasn't missed a beat. Don't expect much but it's spacious and reasonably priced.
They sell fresh pandan leaves here

there are lots of shops from home goods to tech to kbeauty things. there’s also great selection for bubble tea and snacks! definitely love uncle tetsu’s cheesecake. - Lily
