New Holland - The Knickerbocker

A new location for New Holland with a lot of space. There's a patio in the back and an upstairs with beer-inspired artwork. Pub special beer options that were new to us! Also, Dragon's Milk : S'mores !

An excellent place to spend an afternoon sampling some of what Michigan does best - craft beer ! Huge outdoor space with yard games and ample seating . Staff was a little rude but still a great place.

A beautiful venue with the best of New Holland beers . If you are a Dragon's Milk fan, you'll find 4-5 unique high octane variants here. Yum! Food is good. Atmosphere was upbeat. Bottle/Merch shop too.

there's Dragon's Milk on tap . & not just the basic stuff. try brewer's select - a smooth heavy-hitter, coming in at 12%. or try a variant for something new and fun. don't forget fries to snack on.

I absolutely LOVE this place. What a great environment, great food, great everything!

If there's a long wait for a table, go upstairs to the Zeppelin cocktail lounge for a drink. It's seat yourself and has plenty of space!

Huge venue with great house made craft beers and food . Has outdoor seating in the back. Great for groups . Cool merchandise shop to buy some swag or beer to go.

Literally the best black bean vegetarian burger I've ever had. Super friendly bar staff . Very cool space. Can't wait to go back!

Huge space - easier parking - Butchers Chili and Pulled Pork were great. Huge outdoor area and TVs .

Solid food, solid beer . Table service a bit slow. Bar service very good. Smoked whitefish appetizer is a must!

Try their more expensive beers in a flight. More affordable that way, and you can sample more in one visit. Totally worth it.

The mussels are amazing! If you've been to the Holland pub , don't expect to find much of the same food, though.

Great selection of beer . Try the seasonal spins on dragon's milk .

The Wholly Pit is refreshing and delicious, and the Baltic Anomomly isn't half bad either.

Good beer . Salmon BLT is salmon salad , not salmon filet . Big disappointment.

Get the sausage and a flight!

Crazy amount of sours on tap .

If you're coming here to eat, be ready to wait. The food is good but the service is incredibly slow.
